Before Sale:
The buyer understands that the puppy being purchased has been seen by the seller's veterinarian
and fully checked before being allowed to leave. Our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health
at the time of sale. We will not sell a sick puppy and you will not buy a puppy from us without full
disclosure on the health of the puppy. If a problem is ever found, it will be discussed with you
before you buy/receive the puppy. You would then have the option of continuing the purchase of
this puppy or declining. In the event that there is a problem with the puppy, we would refund all
money if you decided not to purchase the puppy. If you choose to purchase a puppy regardless of
a medical condition, all veterinarian bills resulting are your responsibility.

We do not guarantee :
We cannot guarantee against any other future health problems with our puppies. Owning a pet is
a risk and it's inevitable that there will be vet bills and health concerns within your puppy's life.
Know the risks and responsibilities of owning a dog before you consider purchasing one from us
or anyone else. Regular vet checks, vaccinations, heartworm and flea prevention are a few.The
new owner has 10 days from the date of sale to take the puppy to a veterinarian. If your puppy
shows signs of illness (stress related diarrhea or sluggishness, ect) it is your responsibility to
have the puppy seen by a veterinarian asap.If any existing health problems are found by the
examining veterinarian, a written statement of the problem from the veterinarian and return of the
puppy will result in a full refund of the purchase price, or another puppy of equal value if one is
available. The puppy and all AKC paper work must be returned to receive the refund. Aiello's
Long-Haired Dachshunds will not be responsible for any veterinarian bills or shipping fees.
Because we cannot control factors such as nutrition, housing, training and care of the puppy
once it leaves us, no guarantee of any kind is made as to growth, size, weight, or temperament.

Pet Spay/Neuter agreement:
If you purchase a puppy with a pet spay/neuter agreement, then the AKC paperwork will be filled
out showing *Limited* and you must have your puppy altered by a vet. We recommend you wait
until the pup is at least 6 months of age to allow hormonal growth. You will still receive the
generated pedigree of your puppy. You should still register the pup with AKC and can participate
in many events (Agility, Tracking, Earth Dog Trials, Field Work, and Hunting), if you so wish. You
will not be able to enter Conformation events.

illness. The buyer also agrees to keep the puppy current on all vaccines and de-worming.**It is

disease is great.Your puppy should also be put on a heartworm preventative. The buyer agrees to
feed appropriate food and in the appropriate amounts. Buyer agrees to provide adequate shelter,
love, and attention to the puppy. A puppy is a long-term commitment and should be treated as
such.We believe we have very nice dogs and want the best of homes for them. Please educate
yourself and be fully aware of the responsibility of owning a dog before you consider purchasing
one of our puppies. Be sure to research the breed before purchasing a puppy so you know what
to expect.

IF AT A LATER DATE, YOU CANNOT KEEP YOUR PUPPY:
If at any time in the life of the puppy that you buy from us the buyer is unable to keep the dog for
whatever reason, the seller will accept the dog back and find a suitable home for him/her.
However, no exchange of money or replacement is offered in this circumstance. We care about
our dogs first and foremost and will take back any dog that we have sold should the buyer ever
decide that he couldn't keep him/her. We aim to provide high quality purebred dogs to loving
homes and do not want our dogs in shelters or mistreated in any way.
